This was a club facility of Fenerbahce Futbol Club where main patrons were members and banquet guests. The facility was a Divan Hospitality
franchise. Served to 20.000 club members as well as Istanbul people.
Included Ball Rooms with 1100 pax, Pool Side Banquet area with 1400 pax, A La Carte Restaurant with 200 capacity, 2 Bars, A patisserie, 1 Snack Bar,
A fitness club with SPA.
As it was a brand new facility, I made up the facility concept. Then planned the operation according to concept, selected the staff, made the first
year's budget forecast.
After opening, it became the primary Banquet facility in Anatolian side of Istanbul
I was responsible of all operations of the facility, including securiy, pool, airconditioning, audio-video systems, controlling stock levels and
costs, all menus

This was an American - British contractor company which was doing natural gas pipelines of Turkey.
In the guest house, there were over 100 people including the top managers from all over the world.
I was responsible of cuisine, housekeeping, pre-accounting, purchasing, storage. With about 20 people working for me, we were preparing ,breakfast,
lunch and dinner, and every Sunday, a big garden party for people of our company and many guests.
In this job, I had very good knowledge and experience of American, British, French, Indian, Chinese cuisines and of course experience of managing a
multinational group of people. As the company completed its contract with government, my duty was over.
